I just received 2 of these and they are great! My work demands many flights and airport time. Having used jackery external batteries in the past and knowing about their reliability and quality, I did not hesitate to order their newest product. I am the real inspector gadget, I travel with an ipad, iPhone, blackberry push to talk, iPod, kindle, wireless speakers, headsets and a vita. The air with its 5000mAh has enough juice to go around. It's size is convenient as it replicates the size of the iPhone 5. I recommend you buy it with a 4 inch amazon basics lightning USB cable to keep it attached to your iPhone 5 if you use one like I do, therefore you can fold both devices together as if you we're holding only one for texting, talking or browsing. Quality is excellent and another feature that I liked is that you know how much charge remains by the color of the led light. (Green full, blue 50%, red less than 25%).
If you travel a lot and are always looking for a power outlet, this is a great solution for you.

Nice and compact

Awesome device that "just works." Came pre-charged out of the box so I was able to test it out immediately. Not a negative as it doesn't state that it comes with one, but it does not come with a lightning cable, just a micro usb. I suppose it "clearly" states it in the product name, however the main picture is of it charging an iPhone 5 using a lightning cable.

Perfect Compliment to Battery-sucking iOS 7 iPhone 5

After upgrading to iOS 7 on my year-old iPhone 5, I'd be down to 66% battery after only a few hours out walking around. The Jackery Air is nearly the same dimensions as my iPhone 5, and I can carry it and my iPhone charging cable in my shorts pockets, and I'm able to roam around on foot (in Manhattan, Seattle, Chicago) and keep my iPhone battery powered up.
The only way to improve things would be a (say) 4" long USB to iPhone 5 charging cable.
