A whale of a tale and more

I absolutely love my vacuum doc and whale tale. Its a real quality product, sleek and designed ergonomically. I have been looking for something to make it easier to hold my iPad ever since my family gave me one almost 2 years ago. I wanted something that I could comfortably carry my iPad around from room to room or outside. I was also looking for a stand that would be able to hold the iPad both vertically or horizontally. I didn't want to spend the $$ to buy both. I looked and looked but couldn't find anything to fill the bill. Plus, I hesitated to buy some of the products on the market, because they were specifically made to fit the iPad 1. I knew if I got a new one or another device, the product would not fit anymore and then I would have to purchase a new one. I hate wasting money!!!. This is great because I can use it to not only hold my iPad, but I can use it to hold my kindle and as a stand for my laptop computer as well. I think that it would probably work on anything that you need it to hold up as a stand. I even use it to hold my iPad when I am cooking and need to follow a recipe from the web. It sticks really well and even after hours it is still stuck. It is really comfortable in my hand and I can hold it for long periods of time without my hand feeling tired. My 21 month old grandson, uses it too. It can be set to the perfect viewing position for him to see it. It converts from a handle to a stand in seconds and is actually kind of fun to pump it up. The best part about it is that it will never be obsolete!!!!!!

an Amazing and curious little object...

I received this about week ago and had no idea what to expect. It came in a beautiful little blue box (kinda reminded me of Apple packaging)and was neatly arranged inside with its little tail.
I use my iPad a lot while I travel and the whale tail has completely transformed the way I use it.
I still can't believe how easily it attaches to the ipad. I've had other cases and they've all involved some kind of awkward snapping procedure and some have even left scratches on my glass!
The little suction dock attaches neatly to the back with a few pumps and it's amazingly comfortable to hold. I never realized how un-ergonomic the ipad is until I started using my whale tail. It allows me to do my work (and by that I mean play angry birds) with my hand relaxed. It is by far my favorite iPad accessory!!!
I also love to use it at cafes because the design is so beautiful, simple and subtle. I set it up as a stand yesterday and a cute girl came up and asked me about it and now I think she's gonna get one too (and I got her number)
All in all, a useful, fun and NECESSARY iPad addition for any serious tablet user.

Ingenious device

I bought a Vacuum Dock and Whale Tail about 3 months ago after seeing it on display at the MacWorld convention in San Francisco. I was getting tired of holding my IPad by the side and was afraid of dropping it. With the vacuum seal it is secure and provides me a different way of holding the tablet. It also acts as a stand and with the flexible whale tail it can be set an any conceivable angle for using. Count me in as an Octa fan-nice job !!
